2. Sketch / thumbnailing stage. One revision can be made.
3. Once the final sketch (concept) is approved, I will ask you to pay the full price (the remaining 50%).
4. Up to three little changes can be made in the following stages. Each subsequent edit +20% of the price. You will receive updates for each next stage - line, color, render.
5. I'll send you a file with the final illustration according to the parameters: JPEG, 300dpi, RGB, at least 2000px on one side. I don't provide the client the original file in .psd.

Terms of Service
General
Preferences: fantasy characters, medieval armor, dark muted colors, tasteful nudity, scars or blood, some creatures.
Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Elden Ring, The Witcher, LOTR theme concepts.
Requests that will be denied: sci-fi, mecha/cyborg, anthro/furries, gore, nsfw, offensive subjects, violence.Please check out my portfolio to see if my style matches your imagination before making a request!By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read the Terms of Service and all info below, and fully agree with them and undertake to follow them.Commissions are for personal use only. My English and Japanese is not perfect (my native is Russian), so please keep that in mind.
edits
One revision is possible at the sketch/thumbnails stage. After 100% payment, up to three little changes can be made in the following stages. Each subsequent edit +20% of the full price.
deadline
At the moment I have a full-time job, so I can take a limited number of commissions. Therefore orders take time, so the wait can be up to several months. If you want to get your order faster - you'll have to pay extra.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
I retain the full copyright of the commissioned artwork that means right to post it and use in portfolio.You can use the finished artwork for personal uses only such as reposting, using as icons, etc. as long as it's credited and linked back to me.
PROHIBITED USAGE
You may not remove my signature from the artwork in any way, modify the final work applying filters, drawing over, retouching etc., use commission for commercial or political purposes (including advertisement and promotion) without my knowledge.Related to machine learning technology:
The client is not allowed to use the commissioned artwork for any purposes related to machine learning and AI technologies / "AI" image-generating technologies. The client is not allowed to create derivatives of the commissioned artwork through the use of machine learning or derived technologies.Related to NFTs:
The client is not allowed to mint or re-sell the artwork as an NFT.
Pricelist
Character concept art — 250-500 USD depending on the complexity.Price can be increased for complicated / detailed character design, armor or weapon (in addition to the character), or text description without any reference.
For commercial purposes the price will be doubled (2х) from the original price.
Payment
50% of the price is paid before sketch/thumbnails. The remaining 50% is paid after the final sketch (concept) is selected. After full payment, I proceed to further work on the order. You can see the workflow here.Payment via Boosty (guide how to use it here). It has PayPal and Credit Card payment options.
Payment expected within 24hrs.All edits and additions are paid separately.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
No refunds are possible after the final sketch (concept) has been done and approved or for already completed commission.If for any reason I can't continue working on commission, you will receive a 50% refund. BUT at the moment, I can only refund you in Rubles on Boosty, if you have the ability to withdraw to your card/PayPal. For this method you’ll need a Boosty page and "donation pool" there.If I feel that the client is being abusive, the commission will be cancelled and the client may be blacklisted.
